The mental and emotional wellbeing crisis is real!

According to the WHO more than 264 million adults suffer from depression worldwide. Anxiety affects 40 million adults in the united states age 18 and older, or 18.1% of the population every year.

Findings released from a survey on COVID-19 and mental health indicate that about one in five Canadians adults aged 18 and older screened positive for symptoms of depression, anxiety or post traumatic stress disorder.

Due to the social isolation and unrest caused by the COVID-19 health crisis, these numbers have only increased.
